Reading Borough Council are responsible for all admissions at Civitas Academy.

We also have a Breakfast & After School Club that is run by Go Beanies that is available for an additional charge.
School Tours
The school will be hosting a range of tours for prospective parents who are interested in their children joining our 2025 Reception cohort. These have been booked for the following dates:
- Wednesday 12th November 2025, starting at 9:30am
- Tuesday 25th November 2025, starting at 2pm
- Tuesday 13th January 2026, starting at 9:30am
- Tuesday 27th January 2025, starting at 4pm
